The 101 Escalante project, considered one of the most modern apartment complexes in Costa Rica, selected Stiebel Eltron, a German company with over 90 years of experience in developing electric water heating systems, to supply hot water to its residents.
Located in one of the most sought-after areas of San José, the capital of Costa Rica, 101 Escalante has focused on offering its residents a “conscious lifestyle”, and where in addition to having exclusive amenities such as a gym, a rooftop bar, yoga facilities, areas for walking or running, swimming pool, panoramic elevators, among others, the harmonious relationship with nature and the conscious use of water and energy were prioritized.

The system selected was the DHC-E 12 flow heater, a compact device with easy and quick installation capable of working even when there is low water pressure.
This device is highly reliable and safe, ideal for heating water throughout the home. Although it is a powerful system, it works efficiently allowing the user to obtain significant energy savings, precisely one of the objectives of the designers of the 101 Escalante complex.
